Dr. Azhar Alam is one of Kolkata’s leading expert in advanced laparoscopic and gastrointestinal surgery. He earned a Gold Medal in Surgery upon completing his MBBS with Honors. He subsequently went on to complete his DNB in General Surgery at BR Singh Hospital, Eastern Railways, Kolkata, and his MRCS at the Royal College of Surgeons in the United Kingdom. Dr. Alam is one of Kolkata’s and Eastern India’s few Trained and Certified Laser Surgeons, having received his accreditation from Lasotronix (Poland).
