About Doctor
Dr. Arijit Dutta Chowdhury is a well-known psychiatrist in Kolkata with over 17 years of experience in his field. He received his MBBS from Medical College, Calcutta in 2000 and then went on to earn his DPM and MD (Psychiatry) from the Central Institute of Psychiatry, Ranchi in 2005 and 2008 respectively. He has also been awarded with a lifetime fellowship of the Indian Psychiatric Society (FIPS).
He received additional specialty training in child psychiatry and deaddiction units during his DPM and MD training. He has worked as a Consultant Psychiatrist and Geriatric Psychiatrist in renowned psychiatric institutes in Kolkata after completing his training.
Dr. Dutta Chowdhury has published papers in journals such as the Indian journal of Social Psychiatry and the Journal of the Indian Medical Association.
