About Doctor

Dr. Shibnath Mondal is a distinguished Consultant GI Surgeon and a Visiting Consultant at Medica Superspecialty Hospital, Kolkata. He completed his MBBS from the University of Calcutta, India in 1993 and obtained his MS in General Surgery from the University of Calcutta, India in 2000. In addition, he achieved AFRCS from The Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland in 2003 and MRCSEd from The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in the same year. Dr. Mondal further enhanced his qualifications with an FRCS from the Intercollegiate Specialty Board in General Surgery (UK) in 2010. He is certified by the Intercollegiate Specialty Board in General Surgery and specializes in Laparoscopic Colorectal surgery.
