Dr. Aadil Adnan is a seasoned nuclear medicine physician, currently serving as the Head of the Department of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging at Medica Superspecialty Hospital, Kolkata. His journey in the field of nuclear medicine began after he completed his post-graduation at the Radiation Medicine Center (RMC, BARC) within the esteemed Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai. Driven by a vision to advance radionuclide therapies in Eastern India, he relocated to Kolkata.

Dr. Adnan’s contributions to the field are remarkable. He is a pioneer in targeted radionuclide therapy, introducing innovative treatments for conditions like Prostate cancer, Neuroendocrine cancer, Pheochromocytoma, Paraganglioma, and more. Notably, he has initiated Targeted Alpha Therapy (TAT) for various medical indications and Intra-Arterial PRRT for Neuroendocrine tumors, distinguishing himself as one of the few Nuclear Medicine Physicians in India and the sole practitioner of such therapies in Eastern India.
